Water Heater Guarantees

• All warranties are applicable to the original homeowner at the time of service or repair unless otherwise stated
• Freezing or damage caused by the freezing
• Damage due to water quality
• Damage due to water pressure
• If any person attempts to repair, adjust, dismantle, alter, relocate or perform maintenance other than one of our certified technicians
• Acts of God, riot or war that damage the plumbing i.e. lightning, vandalism
• The account goes to collections, fraudulent check division, or if the job is not paid for in full by the agreed upon terms
